MEMBERSHIP
Membership automatically renews each month (on the same day of the month as your initial signup). You may discontinue at any time by giving us written notice at least 5 days prior to your billing date.  You can reach us by mail at 2440 Rt. 22 East, Union, NJ 07083 or by using our website www.washhounds.com. Please provide your license plate number at the time of notification. No partial refunds available. No other coupons or special offers may be combined with the unlimited pass at any time.

VEHICLE
Your membership is vehicle specific by FastPass® tag. If you purchase a new vehicle, please notify us to update your records and install a new FastPass®tag. FastPass®tags are applied to the front windshield and must be placed by a Wash Hounds employee. FastPass®tags remain the exclusive property of Wash Hounds and must be surrendered upon request. Altering or tampering with FastPass®tags can result in cancellation of Membership. Vehicle Size and or Condition, as evaluated by us, may increase your fee.

UPGRADE
Members may upgrade to a higher wash level and pay the difference at the time of the wash.
HOURS
Available 8am-6pm Monday through Saturday and 8am – 4pm on Sunday, subject to weather and maintenance. No refunds for days that we close early or do not open due to weather or equipment maintenance.
CONDITIONS
Membership is per vehicle and for personal use only. Taxis, Limos, app-based transportation services (including but not limited to Uber and Lyft) or any type of commercial or fleet account are prohibited. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons or discounts. By becoming a Monthly Unlimited Member, the member waves any and all rights to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges.  Wash Hounds reserves the right to cancel or amend the program and the pricing schedule at any time. Wash Hounds may terminate a Membership upon violation of these terms and conditions.
